The Bishop's Lodge
Culinary team has prepared a complete menu of catering
options from a light continental breakfast to a hardy
BBQ buffet cooked out under the bright moon light. Our
Conference Service and Catering Staff will be happy
to customize menus to suit your expectations with consultation
with our Executive Chef. At Bishop's Lodge we will also
tailor beverage service to your specific requirements.
Our bartenders can accommodate a broad range of special
requests and specialty drinks. In accordance with
the State of New Mexico Liquor regulations, all beverages
consumed must be purchased on premises.
