Our Hotel Management Process

Coastal Hotel Group currently manages twenty hotels totaling over 2,500 rooms. We represent three market segments: unique luxury resort hotels, small boutique hotels and mid-sized business hotels.

The luxury resorts appeal to the individual guest as well as the highest level corporate and incentive groups. All of the properties are unique in one or more aspects and are located in settings which cannot be duplicated. Rates at these properties range from $125.00 to $1,000.00 per night.

The Boutique segment appeals to the upscale transient market, small and medium-sized groups and corporate guests looking for high quality and value. Rates range from $125.00 to $400.00.

Our third market segment, mid-sized business properties, consists of properties located in Illinois and Kentucky. They specialize in the transient market as well as mid-to-large sized groups. Rates range from $69.00 to $189.00.
